The simple rule is that whenever you get hurt ,you visit a doctor for getting treatment and same logic applies here also . Both our physical and mental well being is our responsibility.
Many institutions are working towards a better cause . If you are the one who are going through mental health issues, take a step ahead; break your silence and if you see that someone else needs help, tell them to take professional help .
Raise awareness about the importance of mental health issues ,I am grateful that I am doing my bit to support the society .
Not all pains are physical, not all wounds are visible
Take time to listen to your woes to make yourself liveable
